Lately, what we’re calling an ‘infodemic’ is certainly taking over our lives. Fake news on TV, misinformation on social media and a general lack of awareness about politics and society is increasing within an extreme right-wing environment. One result of this culture is the presence of conspiracy theories. Their existence isn’t new but one definitely reaching new levels. Covid conspiracies, QAnon, Pizzagate are some recent examples.
